2025 IHSPA State Convention: The Time is NOW!
Welcome to the Indiana High School Press Association State Convention! We’re thrilled to have you all here for a day dedicated to celebrating and advancing the power of student journalism. This year’s theme, "The Time is Now," is a call to action for all of us to embrace the urgency and importance of storytelling in today’s world.
Whether you’re a writer, photographer, designer, or editor, you have the power to inform, inspire, and ignite change. Today is your opportunity to learn new skills, connect with fellow student journalists, and explore how you can make an impact in your school and community.
We’re especially excited to welcome our keynote speaker, Chelsea Pimienta, an alumna of Ball State University and the Digital Design Director at TIME Magazine. Chelsea’s journey from a student journalist to a leader in the industry is sure to inspire and remind us of the incredible possibilities that lie ahead when we seize the moment.
